Guest kuss
Salut a tous Voici un mail passé sur la BFG-List par N.Montes un des gars de l'équipe de conception de BFG Subject: No BFG v2 this yearThe first thing I want to say that Jervis Johnson is the final authority on the future of BFG. Everything I say here is based only on my rather limited insight and has not been run by Jervis. As of right now, as far as I know there is no plan for the current iteration of BFG to go away. BFG is moving to the "Living Rulebook" format where the rules and fluff are freely available on the Internet- you pay just for the models. This does NOT apply to Armada, which as of right now will remain in its present printed form for some time. In addition to being Internet based, as far as I know the book in its current form will be available for at least the foreseeable future with the box set. As for whether or not an updated version will ever appear in a printed form or if the box set is going away, I have no idea. The primary goal of the upcoming Rules Review is to incorporate the FAQ as a seamless part of the current rules. I will see if we can make changes easy to find by placing standard edit marks in the book, or black vertical lines on the outside margins of every line changed or added to the rules. We will also be reviewing a number of other issues, which may (or may not) be released as free, landscape format, web-based stand alone documents. There will be no significant changes to BFG this year. The earliest the Rules Review team will be looking at significant changes to the core rules may be spring 2006. My biggest personal goal (of several) is to turn the rulebook into a source that is extremely easy to find rules in, answering as many questions and loopholes as simply as possible WITHOUT making any great changes to the current format or turning this into a telephone-directory that requires a law degree to wade through. I think the way the LRB is currently divided up on the Specialist website provides an excellent framework for expansion, as we are no longer limited to the 160-page print limit. Speaking with NO authority on the issue, what I would like to see in the far future is the rulebook (and maybe Armada) evolve into a series of web-based documents broken up into a core Rulebook document, separate Codexes and Battles Books. For instance, the core rules would be its own document, the Chaos section of both the Rulebook and Armada would be combined into a BFG Chaos Codex, the 12th Black Crusade fluff and rulebook scenarios would be combined into a 12th Black Crusade Battles Book, so on and so forth. This is just an idea of mine spoken with no authority, so please don't inundate me with ideas on how I should make this happen. Thanks! Clear as mud? ++ Kuss
Guest Paladin[Of_light]
Printemps 2006... Ba on a le temps de voir venir alors. Visiblement il vont compiler les FAQ en un seul bouquin, avec peu de changements. Par contre leur idée de faire un similis de livre d'armée pour le chaos et la 12me croisade noir peut être sympa
