Ils sont décris comme barbare, graphiquement on le voit bien qu'il utilise le design "viking" qui est utilisé par les Spaces Wolves. Il y a aussi des runes, bien que différente de celle utilisé par les Nains et SW. 
La seule trace que j'ai d'eux c'est sur Taran en 2005 apparemment :

L'ensemble est classieux comme je l'ai dit ailleurs, mais je vois pas trop le rapport avec l'aspect Viking et le trident qui est plus d'inspiration greco-romaine. 

C'est moi ou le Mentor Légion a une tête de kikoolol?

Dans le fluff ils sont "barbare", sur une illustration le mec à de la fourrure, les enluminures style Celtes, des runes et même si je suis contre la couleur grise/bleu en 40k des SW, eux aussi sont bleu et un bleu glaciale. 
Après ce n'est que ressent par l'aspect global du truc, comme tu dis le trident ça peut faire Grec, même si le coté Grec/romain est déjà prit par les Ultra.

Je pense que Xen est sur une bonne voie, en parlant de celtes pour l'inspiration. S'ils étaient d'inspiration romaine, ça ferait vraiment doublon avec les Ultramarines, et le côté grec antique est aussi pris par les Minotaurs.

 

Même si c'est proche des peuplades vikings (ou danes pour rester juste), on sent l'inspiration picte/celte dans les bordures du livre et sur les "triskeles" que l'on voit en blanc sur les décalcomanies. Par contre, j'ai vraiment du mal à voir le lien avec le symbole du trident et de la chimère, a moins qu'ils ne veulent le mélanger avec le jabberwocky des anciennes légendes.

 

C'est aussi possible qu'ils aient pris un chapitre déjà existant avec une couleur un peu originale, le bleu glacial, pour bien le démarquer de ceux qui sont déjà connus, avec une petite ligne de fluff pour coller à un nouveau concept.

j'aime bien les petit goodies fluff de GW, la lettre de marque "rogue trader", puis les pièces, le serment de l'instant c'est cool, là ou je suis deg c'est que ma seconde legion est d'inspiration celte et utilise L'ogham comme script, les potes vont faire le lien avec ce chapitre dessuite...Mais c'est bein senti, de toute façon GW/FW ne fait jamais de script maison...toujours du repompé...

Parce que pour l'instant j'ai vu d'excellents retour et du coup j'ai la hype dans les veines.

une sortie en VF est prévue en Janvier 2019.(plusieurs sources mais regarde la FNAC par exemple ou Ici)
